In this video I’m going to take you through my snowboard goggle collection and give you some tips so you can buy the perfect pair of snowboard goggles for yourself. Snowboard goggles are a very important purchase and can make or break your day on the mountain. The first thing to consider when buying goggles is the size. Everyone has a different sized head and face and finding the right size is important. Next you want a pair that is comfortable on your face. The foam on the inside of the goggles can pressure your face in different ways, especially around your nose. You also want to find snowboard goggles with multiple lenses. Unlike sunglasses which you only where when it’s sunny, you need to wear your goggles when its cloudy as well. A bright light lens and a low light lens will give you the best for any weather. You also want to make sure your snow goggles have a decent system for interchanging lenses. Finally try on your goggles with you helmet to ensure your goggles will fit properly with your helmet. It would be great to hear from you and what kind of goggles you would recommend and why. Thanks for watching!

no dragons or oakleys? what kind of goggle review is this
No Anon goggles? Anon M2s are great, quick change with magnets, spherical lenses.
how did you get them for free?
Kevin i just would like to ask you if you do not have a problem with the electric egx goggles with press and seal.Hold the glass firmly on them? Because once i held one and did not hold corectly in place… and in your video i see the same. So whats your experience? Thanks and sorry for the english! 😉
Giro goggles are really nice
hey, i saw ur channel in matt and davids video! i was also mentioned.. I made sure u subscribed to you so we can grow the snowboard vlogging audience!
I think you should share your goggles
great video thanks
Tanks.
I have the VonZipper Skylab alternative fit which are the only goggles I could find that fit but wish they had a easy change lens system. Plus I can’t wear my glasses with them. The sportrx concept is interesting but seems way too expensive when you take into account needing multiple lenses.
the last pair are way to big for you…. its hanging off your nose
how do i get free goggles?
I picked up a pair of Zeal portals today, the interchange system seems pretty convenient
I picked up a pair of SPY ACEs and I’m hyped to try them out this season
I wear glasses under my goggles, which complicates things a bit. Last season I used Smith Prophecy OTG’s and they fogged up like crazy. There simply wasn’t enough space to air to flow in there. I picked up a pair of Smith IOS/X googles for this season. Definitely have more space and better peripheral vision (also dig the ChromaPop lenses). It will be interesting to see how much better they do in regards to fogging though…
I love my Smith IO7’s. Super easy to change our lenses and the chromapop lenses smith exclusively has are the absolute best lenses around. 10/10 recommend
I love my Anon Gx
Very often it is sunny at the top, then you go through some clouds and it is not sunny anymore. What kind of goggles/lenses should be used? It is not a good idea to every time change lenses in the middle of a slope.
Why do they label some “ski” google and “snowboard” goggles. Aren’t they they same thing?
I’m still rocking Oakley Airbrakes but fancy a new pair, especially as i’m off to do a season in whistler this winter
Spy Doom with happy lens…. nuff said!
I’ve been using the Oakley Airbrake and I’m super happy with them. I also have two Prizm lenses to go with it, Jade Iridium for pretty much every single day and the Rose for whiteouts.
I use Smith IO/X’s for skiing, any problem using them for snowboard?
i have tested few googles and with every one of them (even expensive ones) feels like they making things look closer or farther away. it cripples my view.
i just cant get used to it.
p.s my eyesight is 10/10
Some goggles help you see the texture of the snow better than other. Those white out days where the snow seems all flat are super sketch.
I have bought a new Adidas goggle and its perfect!
Spy Bravo…love the lens change system and the Real Tree Camo colourway!
For some reason I NEVER wear goggles.
