Not only do they look like fun, but you match the skis purrfectly!….’Shred’n the decks on the dom terrain’… Oh, and love your hand position, very quiet:)
Sweet turns..
Gotten any time on this years racetiger GS?
Reilly is the perfect demonstrator for Technically Correct skiing. The same teaching method Should be used to teach beginners as people who want to ski just like Reilly. Notice he isn’t doing anything from the kneecaps up. That, is what is referred to as the Upper Body. He is keeping his upper body in that, “I want to go straight down the hill” position and quickly taking his weight off one foot after the other to allow the uphill ski to start the next turn. Just like removing your weight from one pedal of a bike after the other. He, pedals the bike very fast! Gravity, the momentum of your ski across the hill and the ski design do the rest. NOT, the skier. For the beginner, you teach the same thing but you use Training Wheels in the form of a wedge. That’s skiing! 1:42 From the side is when you can really see it. Watch it in slow motion. 1:58 That’s how I ski moguls.
